Ian Mills Miller is an award-winning director, visual effects artist, and 3D creative specializing in cinematic CGI, VFX, and visual storytelling across film, television, music, and commercial media. His work spans directing, visual effects, CGI, motion design, title design, and cinematic world-building, combining strong creative direction with high-end technical execution.
He began his career in New York at Partizan, working alongside director Michel Gondry, before building a multidisciplinary career in directing, visual effects, and design. His recent VFX work includes Aurora, selected for the 2026 HollyShorts Film Festival and nominated for Best VFX at FilmQuest Film Festival in Utah, as well as the feature film The Wolf and the Lamb, premiering at the Harmony Gold Theater in Los Angeles, California.
Ian has also collaborated with artists including Bon Jovi, Lil Wayne, Marc Anthony and more recently directing the latest music video from Grammy-nominated metalcore band August Burns Red. Miller continues to develop narrative and commercial work that blends strong visual storytelling with high-end technical execution.
